[18p-PA4-15] Electronic Properties of Orientated Graphitic Carbon Nitride Films

g-C₃N₄ films having a layer structure were synthesized by vapor deposition. An X-ray diffraction peak was observed only at 27.8°. It appeared on out-plane method but did not on in-plane one. This result shows that g-C₃N₄ film deposits on the parallel to a substrate. The orientation has a mosaic spread of 8.9°.
