A (thiophene / phenylene) co-oligomer (TPCO) single crystal is a promising material system for organic semiconductor lasers, as reported by current injection oscillation in a light emitting transistor structure. We have fabricated the double hetero structure (DHS) of this system by vapor deposition method and slide boat method, and reported on its photoexcitation oscillation and EL device characteristics. This time, we compared the EL characteristics using the deposited film and the JV characteristics of the deposited film and the slide boat film.
