[19a-C212-2] Organic Semiconductor Lasers: Optical and Electrical Driven Mode

we report indication of a successful el-OSCL with FET structure by employing distributed feedback (DFB) construction using sc-BP3T as a laser medium, where a very sharp laser emission reaching the resolution limit of a detector evidently emerges with a nonlinear increase in its intensity above the clear threshold of injection current density (eJth) at around 1kA cm-2. We compare the emission between electrical driven and optical driven mode based on our recent experiments.
