[19a-C213-1] Measurement of high-energy X-rays with a MPPC scintillation detector using HfO₂-PLS

酸化ハフニウム・ナノ粒子を40wt%まで高濃度に添加したプラスチック・シンチレータ（HfO2-PLS、大きさ：～2.4×2.8 mm, 厚さ：2.8 mm）をガイガーモードで動作するシリコン・アバランシェフォトダイオード（MPPC、浜松ホトニクスS13360-3025）に装着してシンチレーション検出器としての性能をテストした。57.6 keVのX線ビームにより検出効率(30.8±0.1)%、時間分解能（FWHM)0.27+/-0.06 nsを得た。
