Recently, spin anomalous Hall effect (SAHE) which is spin Hall effect (SHE) in ferromagnetic metals has attractive much attention. SAHE can generate spin orbit torque (SOT) to magnetization of another ferromagnetic layer through the non-magnetic spacer in magnetic junctions. SOT magnetization switching by the SAHE has an advantage compared with SOT switching by SHE of nonmagnetic metals, because the direction of spin quantum axis of injected electrons related to direction of torque can be controlled by the magnetization direction of the ferromagnetic layers. According to a previous theoretical study, the most important parameter to realize large SOT in ferromagnetic layers is a ratio of spin anomalous Hall conductivity (SAHC) σxyspin to anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC) σxy, i.e., ζ=σxyspin/σxy. In this work, we investigate and discuss the intrinsic SAHC and AHC on the basis of the firs-principles calculations.
