[19a-E315-5] Characterization of Cu2Sn1-xSixS3 by photoluminescence observation

Tatsuya Tsukame1, Kunihiko Tanaka1 (1.Nagaoka Univ. Tech.)

Keywords:Cu2Sn1-xSixS3, photoluminescence, solar cell

Cu2Sn1-xSixS3 (CTSiS) is promising material for non-expensive and non-toxic absorber layer of thin films solar cells. However, CTSiS have not been fabricated high-quality films, and basic optical properties have not been investigated. Therefore, polycrystalline CTSiS was grown by solid state reaction, and observed photoluminescence to investigate basic optical properties.
