[19a-PA1-11] Smooth hydrophobic surface for long term durability of high heat transfer performance

We report long term improvement in condensation heat transfer ability by coating smooth hydrophobic surface to the surface of condenser. Our coating was able to obtain higher heat trnaser ability than the conventional hydrophobic surface induced by the surface roughness structure in micro to nanorange. We found out that this heat transfer ability strongly depends on how frequently can the water depart from the surface.
