[19a-PB2-7] Synthesis of Ca, Sr-doped RE247 sintered bulks and their superconducting properties

In this study, synthesis of Ca- and/or Sr-doped RE247 was performed. For Ca-doped Er247, 40% of Er site was found to be substituted by Ca, while the Sr-solubility limit at Ba-site was around 30%. Ca-doped and Ca,Sr-co-doped Er247 samples showed improved T_c due to carrier doping effect by Ca substitution. Further increases in T_c were confirmed for samples annealed under high oxygen pressure.
