最近の第一原理計算により高効率熱電材料となることが予測されている層状アンチモン酸セレン化物ROSbSe₂（R: 希土類元素）の合成と熱電輸送特性を報告する。得られた試料は絶縁体であるため、キャリアドーピングに向けた試みを紹介する。
