Tin-lead (Sn-Pb) perovskite solar cells have started to gain attention because of the recent hike in the solar cell performances as well as their usefulness in tandem solar cell [1]. Other advantages of using Sn-Pb solar cells are their ideal band gap (1.2-1.4 eV) to reach near to the Shockley-Queisser limit [2] of single junction solar cell and reduced toxicity issue compared to pure Pb based PSCs. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) depends on short circuit current density (Jsc), open-circuit voltage (Voc) and fill factor(ff). To improve the Jsc optical losses were minimized in infrared region by employing the FTO glasses in place of commonly used ITO glasses. To improve the Voc, the lattice strain in the crystal was reduced by incorporation of Cs+ ion leading to Voc more than 0.8 V. As a result of the methods implemented in the work, PCEs in between 19-20% were obtained, which are among the highest reported values so far.
