For internet-of-things (IoT) terminals, optical wireless power transmission (OWPT) is promising candidate of power supplying, which has advantages such as long transmission. In this paper, optimized configurations of LED-based OWPT system that realized small dimension and large electricity power supply amount for compact IoT terminals is designed and demonstrated.
