In our previous study, compressive stress could induce band shift in bulk Bi, and might enhance the quntum effect in Bi nanowires. However, the influence of crystalline strain on transport properties in Bi nanowire has not been clarified yet. In this study, we numerically calculate transport properties in Bi nanowires with compressive stress.
