Recently, alloys of transition metal dichalcogenides, a group of materials in the whole layered material family, are drawing more and more attention. The alloys are expected to broaden the application variety in optoelectronic devices and sensors. In this study, the fabrication on MoS2(1-x)Te2x, the alloy of MoS2 and MoTe2, is investigated.
