[19p-E314-2] Theory of Gigantic Magneto-optical Effect in Photon Breeding Devices

Keywords:dressed-photon-assisted anneal, magneto-optical effect, photon-breeding device

The dressed-photon-assisted anneal brings about highly efficient light emitting diodes from both the direct-transition-type and indirect-transition-type semiconductors.
The luminescent light wavelength is controlled by that of the irradiated light under the
production process, instead of the band gap of the semiconductor materials.
So such a device is called as "photon-breeding (PB) device". Surprisingly, a PB device
expresses gigantic magneto-optical effect. This theoretical presentation analyses this
magneto-optical effect in a view of the nonlinear and non-resonant response cause by
the electromagnetic field including both the on-shell and off-shell components.
