We experimentally examined characteristics of Ferroelectric FET for Reservoir Computing. The Short Term Memory (STM) task and Parity Check (PC) task were evaluated in order to estimate memory capacity and nonlinearity in this experiment. From the results, Ferroelectric FET has potential for realizing Reservoir Computing.
