Hokkaido University Neutron Source, HUNS, is a compact electron LINAC-based neutron beam facility. Recently, various industrial applications of neutron beam technologies are carried out at this facility. For example, small-angle scattering instrument and energy-resolved imaging instrument using low energy neutrons are used for automotive, steel and cultural heritage researches. Fast neutrons are used for investigation of cosmic-ray induced soft-error of electronic devices. Recent activities and future perspective of the HUNS facility will be presented in terms of industrial applications.
