△ [19p-PA2-6] Patterning properties of glyoxylic acid Cu/Ni mixed complexes on flexible substrates using femtosecond laser pulse-induced reduction
Keywords:direct writing, reduction, flexible substrates
We investigated direct writing properties of glyoxylic Cu (GACu) and Ni (GANi) complexes using femtosecond laser reductive sintering on flexible substrates with low thermal resistivity. GACu, GANi, and GACu/Ni (Cu:Ni=1:1) complexes were reduced to form micropatterns using green femtosecond laser pulses with the wavelength of 515 nm. The line width of Cu was smaller than that of Ni. In addition, the width of Cu-Ni was the between Cu and Ni. These results indicate that Cu is easily reduced from GACu than GANi, resulting that finer patterns of Cu were obtained by irradiating lower pulse energy than that of Ni.
