Exosomes are extracellular vesicles with a diameter of 30-150 nm and are being studied for purposes such as biomarkers of disease and intercellular communication. We have developed nanoarrays that isolate and immobilize exosomes in order to examine the physical properties of individual exosomes. In this research, for the measurement of surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) etc., in order to give the function of enhancing the signal by gold nanoparticle modification to the array. We examined the process of selectively fixing gold nanoparticles to the micro area and the dispersion state of nanoparticles.
