[19p-PB8-4] Device structure and emission wavelength of near infrared organic light-emitting diodes

The organic light-emitting diodes using BODIPY-Ph having near infrared characteristics as guest material were fabricated. The host materials and device structure were estimated to improve the emission characteristics in the near infrared region. The devices with Rubrene as the host materials showed the high emission intensity and selectivity in the near infrared region.
