[19p-PB9-5] Detection of unmodified-particle using micropore integrated with Quadrupole-electrode

We fabricated a Quadrupole-electrode integrated in solid-state-micropore device. Using this device, we trapped unmodified-particle at the center of the quadrupole by dielectrophoresis, and measured the trapped particles which passing thorough the pore. When we applied DC voltage of +0.1 V to the Ag/AgCl electrode at the top of the pore, electroosmotic flow occurs in the pore wall from the top to the bottom side of the pore. In this case, when three kinds of unmodified polystyrene particles (f0.994 μm, f1.019 μm, f1.101 μm) pass through the pore, we obtained three different signal heights Ip.
