[19p-PB9-6] Molecular level AFM and QCM evaluation of iPS cell culture surfaces coated by matrix cadherin chimeric antibody with a view to cell culture standardization

There are still problems to be solved in the realization of regenerative medicine, and cell culture is the most important technology among them. It was found that stem cells can be cultured maintaning in an undifferentiated state on dishes coated with the cell-recognizing chimeric antibody E-cadherin-Fc (E-cad-Fc) that we have developed, but the relationship between the structure and functional expression has not been clarified. We report the results of examining the structure of E-cad-Fc by AFM observation in liquid and QCM (quartz crystal microbalance) measurement.
