[20a-E202-2] In situ X-ray observation of lead iodide perovskite films prepared by a gas blowing method (II): Orientation of precursor crystals
Keywords:lead iodide perovskite, in situ X-ray obserbation, precursor crystal
In order to investigate the formation process of lead iodide perovskite thin films prepared by combination of coating method and gas blow method, an in situ observation grazing incidence X-ray diffraction system was introduced. Since 020 + 002 diffraction spots from the precursor
crystals were observed just after gas blowing, it is apparent that the
precursor crystals were oriented on the substrate surface and that the flat
surface was obtained in the perovskite thin film after heating. This result indicates the guideline of preparation conditions
for the flat and highly crystalline perovskite thin film required for high
performance photovoltaic cells.
