[20a-E202-1] Switching characteristics of nanofibers formed by nanoscale electrocrystallization

Keywords:Nanoscale electrocrystallization, Organic conductors, Nanofabrication

We have developed the Nanoscale electrocrystallization as a novel eco-friendly nanofabrication for the next generation. In this method, nanocrystals were formed only in the gap between two electrochemical electrodes. Furthermore, nanocrystals were bridged between the electrodes. We can easily obtain 2-terminal devices using the bridged structure. In this presentation, switching characteristics of these nanofibers formed by this method will be reported.
