Keywords:Plasmon-induced chemical reaction, Hydrogen evolution reaction, photoelectrochemistry

From the environmental point of view, the hydrogen evolution reaction induced by the visible light illumination is recognized as the one of the promising reaction. Recently, plasmoic photoelectric conversion system has been received much attention due to its wide range photo response properties. In this study, we have tried to establish plasmon-induced hydrogen evolution system by the combination of the p-type semiconductor substrate with plasmon active nano-structures. Through various attempts, such as the isotopic effect, the unique catalytic process accelerated by the plasmon has been confirmed.
