In order to make effective use of thermal energy, our group is studying sensitized thermal cells using thermal excitation of semiconductors. CuFeS2 is one of the candidates as a semicondactor because it has a narrow band gap and generates a large amount of thermally excited charges at a low temperature. When CuFeS2 preparation was carried out by a hydrothermal synthesis, a composition deviation was occurred. In this presentation, we will talk about the synthesize of metal sulfied using local heating of plasmonic photothermal conversion that can rapidly heat up to about 200 ℃ by laser irradiation.
