This study aims at the application of light sensing using nano-sized gold particles that can absorb light below the diffraction limit. When the absorption spectra of the target molecule and the gold particles of the whole sample match, the target molecule is detected. However, since molecules have unique absorption spectra, when it is desired to detect different molecules, the corresponding new samples are required. In this study, polyvinyl alcohol is used to prepare a sample that can correspond to multiple molecules.
