Diamond is rich in surface modification, and its wide potential window makes it suitable for biosensors.In addition, glass electrodes are at risk of damage in pH measurement, so there is a need for an all-solid-state pH sensor to replace glass electrodes.This time, using both SGFET and a stainless steel container with pH sensitivity, it was found that the pH sensitivity of Vessel Gate was comparable to the Nernst response.
