We have reported that seawater wireless communication utilizing Diamond Solution Gate FETs (SGFETs) which operates without gate insulation film in electrolyte solution. SGFETs respond to AC voltage vG applied to Reference Electrode. In the previous work, attenuation of the signal by distance was observed because of a large solution resistance due to using a tube with a small cross section. In this work, we used a vessel with a large cross section to reduce solution resistance. It was confirmed that attenuation of the signal by distance was suppressed. Also, signal was not attenuated by depth of SGFET from Reference Electrode.
