[20a-E313-5] Development of minimally invasive laser percussion technique

One of the problems in laser surgery is that the endpoint is not clear. Acquisition of tissue and depth tissue information at the irradiated site enables desired surgery. We are promoting the development of laser percussion technique as one of the measures. In previous researches, the problem was the invasive irradiation power that scarred a living tissue by laser irradiation. This time, experiments were conducted to find the minimum irradiation power necessary to obtain an acoustic signal. As a result, it has become clear that scarring is not left in the tissue and diagnosis can be performed even with a low invasive irradiation power.
