[20a-PA1-4] Wavelength-selective phase-shifting digital holographic microscopy system without mechanical scan

We propose a wavelength-selective phase-shifting digital holographic microscopy system without mechanical scan. By using an LCoS-SLM as a phase shifter for wavelength-multiplexed holograms, phase-shift difference between wavelengths are increased in comparison to the case of the use of a piezo actuator. We constructed a microscope and succeeded in confirming the operating principle of the proposed microscopy system.
