We report on the fabrication of NdFeAs(O,H) epitaxial thin films using a topotactic reaction. The change in the lattice constant suggests that NdFeAsO is doped with H. Indeed, the resistance measurement showed that an onset Tc of 48 K, and a zero resistance of 35 K, respectively. The magnetization measurements exhibited a self-field critical current density of over 1 MA/cm2 at 4 K.
