Evaluation of photon counts of BL07A in NewSUBARU was performed. NewSUBARU light source facility was constructed for use of soft X-ray. BL07A was built for the experiments using high brilliance soft X-rays. The light source of BL07A is 3-m undulator. Undulator light was monochromatized using multi-layer mirror monochromator and some kinds of filters. Photon counts were measured by use of photo diode. In BL07A, high brilliance radiation experiment can be performed in the energy range of 80-800 eV.
