In order to elucidate the growth promotion mechanism of plasma and plants, a radical active phenylalanine containing phosphate buffer is prepared using a non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure radical source which can selectively extract only neutral radicals in plasma, We investigated about growth promotion. As a result, when the dilution ratio of the radical-untreated phenylalanine-containing phosphate buffer solution and the radical-treated solution was 4 times, the stem length was about 2 times, and the dry stem weight was about 1.5 times.
