Currently, there is a strong demand for the development of dedicated hardware specialized for artificial neural network calculation. We have proposed using conductive polymers, PEDOT: PSS, which grow in the form of wires by electrolytic polymerization and crosslinks between arbitrary electrodes, as nonvolatile resistance change elements. This time, we constructed interconnecting network consisting of PEDOT: PSS wires using Hopfield network algorithm and succeeded in restoring a 9 pixel character with noise.
