[20p-PA3-30] Secondary doping for freeze-dried PEDOT:PSS with supercritical CO2 and its thermoelectricity
Keywords:thermoelectricity, conductive polymer, PEDOT:PSS
Conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS is known as an organic material with high thermoelectricity.
Thermoelectric devices are almost researched in the state of thin film, but we used freeze-dried PEDOT:PSS in order to maintain temperature gradient and to reduce the cost of materials. Furthermore, we achieved enhancement of conductivity and ZT of freeze-dried PEDOT:PSS with little shrinkage by impregnating supercritical CO2 with methanol as secondary dopant.
