[20p-PA3-31] The relation between doping state of P3HT nanofiber and its thermoelectricity

VIS/NIR spectroscopy is known as method for analyzing doping state of P3HT. Hence, we analyzed doping state of P3HT thin film from VIS/NIR spectral change. We also argued the relevance of doping state and thermoelectric property using measurement of electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient. Seebeck coefficient is decreased as doping advanced. Electrical conductivity increased early stage of doping and it decreased final stage of doping.
