We have already shown that the absorbance spectrum based on low coherence can distinguish each interface signal from the tomographic image of the acquired multilayer sample.In this presentation, it is shown that the phase refractive index spectrum of each layer of multilayer sample is obtained.At this time, the analysis algorithm of extracting phase information of was improved.
