[20p-PA6-6] Proposal of an optical fiber beam scanner for laser markers

We propose an optical fiber beam scanner suitable to industrial laser marking systems for micro-marking. The beam scanner consists of an optical fiber with an electric actuator attached near the optical fiber end. In this presentation, the novel driving technique developed to compensate for the manufacturing error of the beam scanner is also reported.
