レーザ微細加工向けのMOPA構成高出力レーザの発振器に適した全PMF 構成のピコ秒ファイバレーザを構築した。可飽和吸収機構にNALMを採用し、中心波長 1035 nm、パルス幅 6 ps のモード同期を得ることができた。本報告では構築したレーザの各種特性について述べる。
