[21a-E207-4] Effects of chirp and walk-off on pulsed squeezing

Yoshitaka Taguchi1, Yasuyuki Ozeki1 (1.Univ. Tokyo)

Keywords:quantum optics, squeezing, pulse

Chirp and overlap in the time domain are important in pulsed squeezing. Chirp causes deterioration of a squeezing level, due to contamination of anti-squeezed quadrature in the time domain. The squeezed level will also get worse when the overlap between the squeezed vacuum and the local oscillator light is not enough. In this study, we report quantitative criteria of chirp and group velocity difference in a nonlinear crystal.
