[21a-E216-2] Improved accuracy of voltage-torque-driven magnetization switching using microwave-superimposed voltage pulse

We investigate voltage-driven magnetization switching using microwave-superimposed voltage pulses. We show that the voltage-torque generated from a microwave voltage effectively counteracts against the magnetization damping, and that significantly improves the controllability of the magnetization switching over a wide range of pulse width.
