Keywords:organic transistor, electrostatic spray deposition, phase separation

We have previously fabricated OFETs that exhibit better characteristics due to vertical phase separation of low-molecule semiconductor/polymer dielectric blend film using electrostatic spray deposition, which is applicable to high speed printing processes. However, the appearant mobility may be underestimated due to the influence of parasitic resistances. So, we derived the intrinsic mobility of the phase-separated interface using TLM, and obtained the higher mobility than the appearent one.
