本研究では金属グレーティングを有する誘電体導波路で生じる連続準位中束縛状態(BIC)の新たな振る舞いを発見した．この系では異なる誘電体層導波モードが近接場結合による反交差により生じたブランチの片方にBICが生じる．今回グレーティング厚さの変化によりブランチが連続的に変化し、更に出現ブランチが逆転することを発見したので報告する。
