[10a-M111-5] Optical charactarization of molecular doped organic single crystals using assist dopant

Doping techniques for organic semiconductor materials and organic single crystals have drawn significant attention for application in organic optoelectronic functional devices, due to their excellent characteristics. In this research, we have performed co-doping of Coumarin6 and DCM into PBD single crystal by using simple solution process. We report the initial evaluations of energy transfer and polarization characteristics conducted to the grown crystals.
