[10a-PA2-1] Development of Mueller Polarimetric Microscope using Liquid Crystal Retarder

Polarization microscope is often used for evaluating optically anisotropic samples such as optical materials and biological samples. In addition, development of a microscope capable of Mueller matrix imaging showing the polarization characteristics of a sample has been reported so far by using the rotation phase retarder. In this research, a Mueller polarimetric microscope using a liquid crystal cell as a phase element for ellipsometric analysis is developed.
