Keywords:perovskite solar cells, Open circuit voltage, Energy Shift

In perovskite solar cells, the undesirable energy shift of HOMO level of PEDOT:PSS is often caused by the effect that Methylammonium cation reduces the PEDOT:PSS. As a result, the open circuit voltage of MAPbI3 perovskite solar cells based on PEDOT:PSS is lower than those based on other structure. In this study, the significant improvement of the open circuit voltage and the corresponding power conversion efficiency was achieved by employing the additive and introducing it to the PEDOT:PSS layer.
