我々は、揮発性バイオマーカーのセンシングによる医療診断技術の開発を目指し、ゲート構造中にガスクロマトグラフィー（GC）固定相材料膜と多孔性ゲート電極を持つ電界効果トランジスタ（FET）型センサアレイおよび、揮発性バイオマーカーへの応答シグナルから抽出した特徴量を機械学習しシグナルパターンを分類することで気相化学種の認識を行うインテリジェントセンシングシステムの研究を進めている。
