SrSi2 exhibits high thermoelectric performance at around room temperature and is expected as a new thermoelectric material. In this research, expecting improvement of the thermoelectric performance, BaxSr1-xSi2 was prepared by co - sputtering method and the thermoelectric properties of these were systematically investigated.
