[10p-M112-6] X-ray Differential Phase Imaging using Foucault knife edge and Diffuser plate

Using a zone plate X-ray microscope, a differential phase image can be obtained by scanning a knife edge at the back focal point of the zone plate during exposure. In this study, we investigated whether the same effects as the edge scanning can be obtained by using a fixed edge and incident x-rays slightly diffused by a diffuser at 7 keV. By inserting the diffuser and the fixed edge, a slightly change in contrast of a differential phase image could be observed compared with the image obtained by using only the fixed edge.
