Lead zirconate titanate is widely used as a ferroelectric material for electronic equipment, but 0.4Bi0.5K0.5TiO3-0.6BiFeO 3(BKTBF) based material has attracted attention as a non-lead low environmental load material. We have studied the relationship between ferroelectric properties and crystal structure of BKTBF based solid solution. In this study, attention is paid to 0.375BKT-0.6 BF-0.025K(Nb0.5Ta0.5)O3 in which potassium niobate tantalate is dissolved as a solid, and samples substituted with other metal elements (La, Ba, Zn, Ni). The ferroelectric properties and structural analysis using synchrotron X-ray diffraction were conducted to investigate the relationship between ferroelectric properties and crystal and electronic structures.
